We collect:

  • Personal data you provide to us — including information you provide when registering, subscribing, uploading content, completing surveys, or contacting us for support. This may include your name, address, email address, phone number, and financial information.

Automated decision making and profiling

We do not make use of automated decision making or profiling.

When we will share your personal data

We share your data with the following in the day-to-day running of our business:

  • Other companies that are part of the Atlas Computer Systems group
  • Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors we work with to provide you with requested products or services
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site

We may also share your personal information with third parties on a one-off basis, for example if we sell or buy any business or assets, or if we are under a duty to disclose your personal data to comply with any legal obligation or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, ourselves or others.

How we keep your personal data safe

We take every care to ensure that your personal data is kept secure. Our security measures include:

  • Only storing personal data on secure servers operated by us and hosted in third-party data centres
  • Encrypting payment transactions using SSL technology
  • Ensuring personal data is held within the UK and only accessed by directly employed staff
  • Regular data security awareness training for all staff
  • Keeping paper records to a minimum and storing those in locked filing cabinets on our premises
  • Maintaining up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus software
  • Enforcing a strict policy on the use of mobile devices and out-of-office working
  • Obtaining and complying with security-focused accreditations including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your passwords secure. Unfortunately, sending information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to our website — you send us personal data at your own risk.

How we use your personal data for marketing

We will add your details to our marketing database if you make an enquiry, buy our products or services, have asked a third party to pass us your details, or have indicated during sign-up that you are happy to receive marketing communications.

We may send you marketing communications by email, telephone, or post. You can ask us to only send marketing by particular methods or to stop sending marketing altogether. You can check and update your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us using the details in section 1.

We will only share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes if you provide explicit consent by ticking a box on a form we use to collect your personal data.

How long we keep your personal data

We only keep your personal data for as long as we actually need it to provide our services. We may anonymise your personal data or use it for statistical purposes. We keep anonymised and statistical data indefinitely, but take care to ensure it can no longer identify or be connected to any individual.

You are also entitled to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office at www.ico.org.uk. Whilst not required, we encourage you to contact us directly first to allow us an opportunity to address your concerns.

How we keep this policy up to date

We will review and update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, internal procedures, or the law. The easiest way to check for updates is by looking for the latest version on our website at minute-master.com, or by contacting us to request the latest version.

Each time we update this policy we will update the version number and the date on which that version came into force. This is Version 1.2, effective 10 April 2026.
